LIC ADO Salary 2023
Candidates selected, except those from the LIC Employee Category, will receive a basic pay of INR 51,500 per month as their stipend.
- Those candidates who are selected as Probationary Development Officers will receive a salary on the scale of INR 35,650 - 2200 (2) - 40,050 - 2595 (2) - 45,240 - 2645 (17) - 90,205 in addition to allowances and other benefits.
- Such candidates will receive a basic pay of INR 35,650 per month on appointment on the scale of INR 35,650 -2200 (2) - 40,050 - 2595 (2) - 45,240 - 2645 (17) - 90,205.
This salary scale does not apply to candidates in the LIC Employee Category. Including the additional allowances, such as the House Rent and City Compensatory allowances, candidates will receive approximately INR 56,000 in hand for Class A City.
