  • Indian citizen only can apply for this exam.

ESIC 2019 Exam Eligibility Based On Educational Qualification

There are various ESIC Vacancy 2019 in Clerk, MTS, recognized UDC, Stenographer, Paramedical Posts, etc. The eligibility criteria is as follows:

  • Junior Engineer: Candidates must have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering.

  • Insurance Medical Officer (IMO)Grade II: Candidates must be from Medical background.

  • Stenographer:  Candidates must have completed their intermediate/12th from a recognized board and also must have the typing speed of 80 WPM in English or Hindi Language.

  • UDC: Interested candidates must have completed their bachelor’s degree in the required stream from recognized university or institute and must have basic knowledge of computer.

  • MTS: Prospects must have at least cleared matriculation from recognized board.


ESIC 2019 Exam Eligibility Based On Age:

  • Junior Engineer: Maximum 30 years. Relaxation to Reserved categories as per Government Policies. Employees of ESI Corporation and Government servants get upper limit relaxation of 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt.

  • Insurance Medical Officer: Maximum 30 years. Employees of ESI Corporation and Government servants get upper limit relaxation of 5 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Govt.

  • Stenographer: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years.

  • UDC: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years.

  • MTS: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years.

  • Upper Age Limit: The Candidates should not exceed by 30 years

  • Reservation Candidates: The Candidates will get the age relaxation 5 years and will be applicable as per rules of central government. Upper age limit can be relaxed to the candidates(ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen)

Note: 

  • The candidate has to pass the middle standard qualifying test in the official language of the State where vacancies are notified

  • Applied number of aspirant will be selected on the basis of their performance in aptitude test.
