The Syllabus of Diploma in Photography has been designed to give equal onus theoretical understanding of digital photography along with practical sessions on applications of photography. This course acts as a foundation course, and hence the subjects are designed to provide knowledge from scratch. Diploma in Photography syllabus can be split into 2 semesters. 

The first semester, which would provide more focus on theoretical studies of fundamentals of photography, photography techniques, and ethics. The second half of the course provides sufficient specialized training on various applications of photography along with a greater emphasis on practical training via internships and projects.
