The XIME Chennai Campus has a beautiful facade patterned on Harvard Business School. The XIME campus is spread over  of a 115,155 sq.ft. XIME Chennai infrastructure includes classrooms,  air-conditioned hostel rooms. XIME Chennai is strategically located in the SIPCOT (State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu)
Industrial Area in Oragadam, close to Chennai.

About 20 Fortune 500 companies and other reputed manufacturing giants in and around Oragadam make XIME Chennai location ideal for a world-class Business School. The campus’ immediate neighbors are Renault Nissan and Royal Enfield. Others close to the Campus include Apollo, Bosch, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, JCBL Marrel Tippers, Komatsu, Toyota Tsusho, Mindarika, etc.

Library

• A thoughtfully designed and structured library management system is a strength of XIME Chennai. 
• XIME Chennai library has 7,000 books, subscriptions to 4 business newspapers, 4 general newspapers, 1 international newspaper, over 90 international and national journals, and Harvard business cases.
• In the form of project reports, it also highlights the students' efforts.
• XIME Chennai library has access to online integrated databases like EBSCO HOST, EBSCO Management Elite Collection (e-books), and Gale Cengage e-journals.
• NDL (National Digital Library) subscription is also available. 
• Other XIME Chennai facilities include image scanning, internet access, and CD recording of materials in the audio-video reference department.

IT Facilities

• XIME Chennai infrastructure features a computer lab with LAN in more than 100 PCs.

Hostel

• XIME Chennai hostel has separate accommodation facilities for males and females.
• The girls' hostel (Maria Hostel) is just behind the administration block. The boys' hostel is located in the XIME Chennai campus.
