Admission for Mechanical engineering in WIT Solapur can be done by Maharashtra State "Common Entrance Examination" Or By National Level "Joint Entrance Examination". Diploma Candidate can also get admission according to their Percentage. The minimum cutoff for MHT CET is 110 & for JEE main 80. And for the diploma, it is 85% and above.

Admission is through Aieee or MHCET , there is reservation of 50% for the Jain minority. Eligibility criteria are 58%+ in 12th. Different branches have a different cutoff. Highest cutoff goes for CSE and Mechanical

For me, the requirement was like I should have secured more than 45% in 12th board and a positive marks in JEE for B.E. I had taken JEE only for this college. Cutoffs depend upon the branch you choose.

80 cut off is there for the course. The eligibility criteria for the course is the should complete the 12 for the first-year admission and for second-year admission diploma should be completed.

A score is generated by combining the JEE mains marks and 12th marks and streams are given accordingly to it. I took JEE main exam and the cut off for the general category is 105.

The admissions are through the MHT CET exam and through the JEE MAIN examinations. I got admission through the JEE MAIN 2016 result.
