HostelSeparate hostel facilities are available for boys and girls. Tidy rooms and hygienic facilities make for an ideal stay away from home ambience. The hostels also have a recreation hall, multi-gym facility and provision for a variety of indoor games for the students.Students in the hostels have access to everyday conveniences including telephones and enjoy the luxury of watching a film every weekend.
The mess facilities in the hostels are designed to meet international hygiene standards. Steam cookers and sterilised equipment are used to prepare wholesome, healthy food.A mineral water plant is operated within the campus and has a well-maintained RO facility. This water is used for cooking, drinking and is available throughout the campus.

Our Students are protected with an elaborate insurance cover up to 2.5 lakhs. It protects them from possible accidents and disasters. In addition to the pupils, their parents too come under the insurance net as they are their nominees. Our staff members are also benefited under this scheme.
Language LaboratoryToday, the ability to communicate effectively counts more for one’s career growth. The AnnaUniversity has taken cognizance of the job-pulse and has introduced Technical English and Communication Skills in the curriculum to infuse confidence in the students. In our College, a Communication Skills Lab. has been setup with the aim of offering effective training in improving the presentation skills of the students. The main objective of this Lab. is to equip the students of Engineering with effective speaking and listening skills in English and to enhance students’ performance in Interviews, Group Discussions and other Recruitment exercises.
The Lab. has 66 Pentium-IV work stations plus one server for the teacher. There are two softwares namely English Mastery and Globarena to make the students familiar with the basic language skills. The Lab. offers an opportunity to learn English and to enable the student to get placed in reputed national and global companies. This Lab. is very much helpful in language teaching as well as developing interactive and group communication skills in an effective manner.
Auditorium
There is a magnificent Auditorium named after Dr.V.C.Kulandaisamy, Former Vice-Chancellor, AnnaUniversity, which is fully furnished with false ceiling.It stands majestically with a seating capacity of about 1,200 members at a time, wherein all the academic and non-academic colourful activities take place with pomp and show throughout the year. The Auditorium is equipped with the latest LCD Projectors, Surround sound systems, etc.
