- Challan Number: Generate the Challan number first if paying via E-Mitra.
- Receipt: Upon success, download the Fee Receipt immediately.
- Note: Admission is confirmed only after fee reconciliation (usually 24-48 hours).
- Late Fees: A late fee of roughly INR 100 – INR 500 applies if paid after the deadline.
VMOU Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy
VMOU follows UGC guidelines for refunds.
- 100% Refund: If admission is cancelled before the last date of admission (minus INR 500 processing fee).
- Deductions:

- No Refund: After the admission session officially closes or 30 days post-deadline.
