Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc

• Applicant must have passed 12th Grade. 
• Minimum of 50% is required in each subject in the exams.

Application Procedure for University of Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences, [UAHS] Bangalore

• Download prospectus and admission application form from the official UAHS website.
• Fill the application form carefully and truthfully. False information orinsufficent information will lead to rejection.
• Send a Demand Draft in the favor of “The Comptroller, UAHS, Shivamogga” payable at Shivamogga.
• The application forms must be sent along with the original Demand Draft and with the required document copies. If not, the application will be rejected.
• The application forms must then be sent before the announced last date or else, it will be rejected. 

Admission Process for University of Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences, [UAHS] Bangalore

• The candidates for admission will then be selected the basis of the performance in KCET and marks obtained in qualifying exam.
• The marks of KCET and qualification examination (Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology) will be taken in equal proportions for evaluation of the overall performance of the candidate.
• The merits of a candidate for admission will be calculated on the basis of the score obtained in the qualifying examination.
• The eligible candidates will be called for Counselling.

Admission for Reservation Criteria

• There is a 23.8% reservation for children of the farming family.
• Reservation for SC / ST and other backward class categories is done as per the State government guidelines of that year.
