Infrastructure Facilities at University Maharani College, Jaipur:

Hostels:

• University Maharani College has a girl's hostel named as Annie Besant Hostel.
• This hostel is one of the oldest hostels of university constituent colleges.
• Annie Besant Hoste has a remarkable history of 67 years.
• Governor of Rajasthan inaugurated the hostel.
• Due to the increasing number of applicants, another girl's hostel came into existence.
• This hostel is named Mother Teresa Hostel which is also inaugurated by the Governor of Rajasthan.
• Both hostels have a seating capacity of 380 students. 
• University Maharani College hostel admissions are done on merit basis.
• Every year hostel administration organizes the Welcome Party, Thanks Giving Party and Farewell and Annie Besant Night Events for the students.
• Annie Besant Night event was highly praised by the students.
• Modernized Mess was came into existence in the year 2015 which is inaugurated by the Honorable Vice-Chancellor Shri Hanuman Singh Bhati.
• University Maharani College hostel mess is built to provide hygienic food not only for the students but also for the workers.
• The hostel mess has a smokeless kitchen to protect the health of the cooks and helpers.
• The hostel cooking surface is covered by the stainless steel which increases the hygienic atmosphere of the kitchen.

• University Maharani College library is one of the oldest libraries in Jaipur City.
• This library was started in 1945 and the library is located in the center-west of the college.
• The library has around 1,20,000 books in its bookshelf.
• University Maharani College library has varieties of encyclopedias which includes almost old and newest books.
• The library also has biographies and autobiographies of the great achievers in all the fields.
• The library also has few rare books which are of general as well as subject-specific nature.
• University Maharani College library has journals and magazines which is the compressed addition of the various journals and magazines which reaches the almost subject and issues.
• The library also provides numerous competitive exam books to the students to help them in competitive exams.
• This library has dictionaries from oldest to the newest version.
• University Maharani College library has a reading hall which has a seating capacity for a large number of students.
• This library also has a separate reference section and research cell.
