Facilities We Offer

Central Library

The University Commerce College has a rich library with nearly 2.5 lac books. A large number of reference books on different subjects are also available in the library. Text Books relating to Business Administration, Accountancy, Statistics, Economic Administration and Financial Management, Computers are available and are issued to the students as per rules. For the benefit of the students during examination days the books are also issued on security basis. A large number of prestigious journals and magazines are also available in the library. There is a separate reading room available for students in the college library. The library works under the overall guidance of a Professor Incharge.

Computer Labs

There are three computer labs in the college having about 80 computers. These computer labs are well equipped and are air-conditioned as well. Students of B. Com., B.C.A. and B.B.A. courses can avail the facilities available in the computer labs as per the time table. Senior teachers of the college who are experts in Computer Applications alongwith guest faculty guide the students and provide training to them.

Hostel

Hostel facilities are also available to the students. Admissions in Maharana Pratap Hostel are made as per rules and regulations of the university. Senior teacher of the college is Warden of the Hostel.

Canteen

The college also has a canteen where necessary facilities are available. Canteen runs on contract basis.

Parking

Parking facility is available to the students and a very nominal fees as per rules and regulations is charged for the parking facility. Car parking facility is also available to the students.

Seminar Hall

The University Commerce College has two Assembly Halls where college functions are organised. There is a Seminar Room with all necessary modern facilities accommodating about 60 students. In the Seminar Room, seminars, group discussions, interactive sessions are organised from time to time. The Skill and Personality Development Training Programme is also held in the Seminar Room.

Play Ground

The college has two big play grounds where students play cricket, hockey, football and other games. The college Annual Sports Day and tournaments of University Sports Board are also organised on these play grounds. These grounds are maintained by the college on SFS basis. Physical Directors deputed by University Sports Board/Registrar lookafter the games and Sports activities in the college.

Smart Classrooms and Language Lab

The University Commerce College has also one smart class room and one language lab. The smart class room has all the facilities and some classes are held in the smart classroom. The language lab has also necessary modern facilities.
