Additional Details:

• Citizenship: Indian nationals can apply under the General category. Foreign nationals or Non-Resident Indians or Indian Nationals supported by NRI relatives can apply under the Foreign/NRI category
• Qualification: The minimum educational qualification shall be higher secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination with Biology, Physics & Chemistry( PCB ) passed with minimum 45% of aggregate and as per policy decided by "Admission Committee for Professional Under Graduate Medical Courses (ACPUGMEC)" norms
• The candidate's age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.
• The candidate should be medically fit.

Scholarship Schemes:

For Shri.B.U.Patel Scholarships for (Undergraduate and Post Graduate):

• Candidates whose Annual income combined with the income of their parents does not exceed Rs. 2,00,000 per annum shall be eligible to apply
• The student must be pursuing higher study at UTU only
• Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination in the First rank are eligible to get the scholarships
• For continuation of scholarship in consecutive years, the student should have passed the examination in the First rank and in the First attempt, in all the years/parts/ phase of the courses, with no gaps of studies
