The LNMIIT's Training and Placement Cell is solely responsible for all the placement activities. Under the supervision of the Director, the cell is a student body headed by the Training and Placement Officer and guided by the institute's faculty. The T&P officer, faculty coordinators, and student representatives control all the important tasks of the cell, such as inviting companies, executing and scheduling placement-related activities, and acting as the mediator between employer recruiter and students. The compliance culture is ensured by the team of student representatives and the recruiters.
