The Institute library has a rich collection of books in Tibetan, Chinese, and English languages. It subscribes to magazines related to education, current affairs, and news, as well as a Tibetan newsletter. Kagyur and Tengyurare also in the Library collection. As an academic library, books in the various disciplines of Language, Literature, Science, Mathematics, Computer, and Humanities are classified on the basis of subjects using the Dewey decimal system.
The Library hours of operation are Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm), and Saturday (8:00 am to 12:30 pm).
