Library: The Telangana University library holds 13,400 books and subscribes to 20 periodicals in science, social science, technology, and management.

Post Office: The Telangana University campus has a post office on the ground level of the administrative building. It offers standard mailing and other services such as registration, stamp sales, fast post, money orders, savings accounts, and recurring deposit options. Telangana University Post Office has its own PIN code, which is 503322.

Bank: Telangana University has a branch of the State Bank of India and an ATM on the university grounds. The University’s fee transactions must be processed through this bank.

Hostel: Each floor of the hostel has a contemporary water filter and water coolers. Every day between 4 and 6 pm, a competent medical doctor visits the hostel and provides services to the students. In the Telangana University hostel complex, there is a separate reading room, a doctor’s room, a sick room, a TV room, and a dining hall. For the advantage of the hostel residents, the main English and Telugu dailies are subscribed. A separate water purifying plant is set up in the hostel to provide clean drinking water.
