SSBF Placements 2023: Highest & Average Salary Package, Top Companies

SSBF placements 2023 recorded some of the best placement statistics since the school's inception. SSBF has successfully provided 100% placements for all the eligible students for the batch of 2021- 23. The SSBF highest package offered for students of the MBA (B and F) program was INR 19.59 LPA and the SSBF Pune average package was INR 10.56 LPA. Companies like Morgan Stanley, Ernst and Young, Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, May Cap Advisors, ICICI Bank, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, Federal Bank, HDFC AMC, Grant Thorton, etc., are some of the SSBF top recruiters.

Along with final SSBF placements, the institute also conducts a Summer Internship Program for students of the MBA (Banking and Finance) program. The institute recorded 100% internships for all eligible students from the batch of 2022- 24. The highest stipend offered was INR 0.60 Lakhs.

SSBF Placement Cell

Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance has a placement cell known as The Placement Assistance Committee, whose main aim is to prepare students for final placements. The SSBF placement cell organises multiple seminars, workshops, and guest lectures with experts from the industry. The placement cell also organises Summer Internship Projects and Summer Internships to provide exposure for students.

Placement training sessions like aptitude and soft skills training, mock interviews, and group discussions are also conducted by the SSBP Pune placement cell.

The school has successfully interned 100% of the eligible students from the 2022-24 batch for the Summer Internship Program. Students who have completed the first year of the program must undergo a mandatory internship during their summer holidays. The highest stipend offered for students during this SSBF SIP was INR 0.60 Lakhs.
