Placement Department:

Various industries visit the campus for recruitment of students
Provides counseling to students about placement opportunities
Impart communication skill development program to students right from the first semester
Arrange orientation programmes for first semester students
Conduct mock/simulated exercises on continuous basis for pre-final and final year students in aptitude, group discussion, technical and general interview skills etc.

Internship:

All the students will be undergoing 8 weeks SIP in different organizations based on their area of specialization
An internal faculty guide of the students will always be in direct contact with the industry guide during the 8 weeks program in order to identify the improvement needs of the student

Placement Process:

Internal Training Need Analysis: Expert faculty members and placement officers will evaluate the students based on certain basic parameters like: Appearance, Characteristics, Goals/Perception of self, Qualifications, Decision making /problem solving skills etc. All such evaluation sessions will be video recorder and a CD/DVD of such session will be given to the students
External Training Need Analysis: Every saturday one industry expert will come interact with the students & evaluate the CD /DVDS of the assessments & feedback forms of the internal experts & will give his or her expert opinion about the same
