The Training & placement Cell at Surendera Group of Institutions (SGI) supplements the regular academic curricula with CRT Program providing a unique opportunity for the students to develop their personality while upgrading their communication and presentation skills.
The CRT Program, imparts to the young upcoming professionals the much essential Soft Skills, Industrial Aptitude & Language Proficiency to enable them to be Industry ready possessing all the relevant skills to be able to qualify stringent Selection processes & perform from Day One, thus be an asset to the organization employing them.
Different modules in this Program consist of experiential exercises and real – life simulations, which encourage participation and helps students, internalize the relevance of activities with real life situations. The methodology of the training will be in the form of Knowledge sessions, Role-Plays, team based activities, Practice sessions on Group Discussions & Personal Interview and other exercises which shall be facilitated by a team of trainers.
The contents of the course are designed in such a way that these activities and exercises will help in overall personality growth of the students.
As part of the Program, students may also undergo certain psychometric assessments. Feedbacks and inputs from the same will help the students identify their strengths and focus on areas of modifications and development. Additionally, the activities encourage the students towards teamwork through various team assignments.
The training is conducted in a very informal, interesting and interactive manner, which gives ample scope for the students to interact among themselves, and articulate on a wide variety of issues, topics and situations which they are likely to come across either in selection process or later in their career. The students are encouraged to attend these courses and derive maximum benefit from them.
The students should understand that Employability Skills are a way of life and a discipline, and not merely a course. In order to derive maximum benefit from the Employability Skills Programs, one has to practice what one learns during the Programs.
At the end of three semesters the students’ performance will be evaluated and graded for the purpose of certification.

I haven't done any internships as I am in the 1st year. In our college, the average salary per year is INR 4 lakhs and the highest salary was INR 5 lakhs, about 15% students get placed from each batch.
