The Career Guidance Centre in SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Ramapuram plays a vital role in making SRM a favoured destination for many national and international organizations to recruit fresh talent nurtured at the Institute. Continuous institute-industry interaction, pre-joining learning initiatives, and participating in industrial exhibitions, fairs, and seminars to promote useful interaction with the industries and alumni activities are some of the initiatives of the Placement Office. Owing to this dedication by the placement cell, during one of the placement drives the highest package at the institution stood at INR 1 CPA. The cell provides adequate training in promoting the employable skills of the students. Some of the objectives the Career Guidance Cell aims to fulfil are listed below,
