Through Demand -Draft:

• Candidates are requested to fill the online application form.
• Download the application form and sent to us in DD with INR 1100, drawn in favour, payable at Chennai.
• The demand draft should have the applicant’s name and address on the reverse side and it should reach the college before the deadline to the address mentioned below.

SRM College of Nursing Application Form

The application form fee is INR 1100 and it is not refundable. The candidates can pay the application form fee through e-payment as well as through demand draft. The applications will be processed after receiving the fee. Also, candidates can pay the admission fee as per SRM fee structure.

Age limit
