Library

Srinivasan Engineering College houses a centrally air-conditioned library in a carpet area of 6000 sq.ft with a seating capacity for about 120 students at one time containing 22,348 volumes and 4400 Titles of books, 1037 back volumes and 1025 projects. The library subscribes to 165 periodicals inclusive of 65international journals, 75 national journals, 10 international magazines, and 15National magazines. We have 1750 Non-book Materials. Our library is fully computerized to cater to the needs of the students and faculty members of the college. Most of the library functions such as issue, return, reservation, searching of books have been automated by installing exclusive NIRMALS software. Our library is connected with DELNET (Developing Library Network) New Delhi, through which our students are able to access the records & database of 4376 institutions in India and abroad connected to the network.

Our digital library has 10 systems with internet connectivity. We have enrolled as a member of Developing Library Network (DELNET), New Delhi; British council Library, Chennai and IEEE (Institution of Electrical & Electronics Engineers), USA.

Hostel

• The separate residential facilities for boys and girls provide accommodation for more than 4000 students studying in our various institutions.

• Separate dining floor and food for Andhra, Kerala and Tamil students.
• A large modern kitchen with oven/steam cooking is attached to the mess hall.
• A modern bakery and ice-cream making unit are attached to the mess.

Transport

Bank & ATM

We have an Indian Bank Extension Counter at our Campus. This helps all our Students and Faculty to open a bank account and make transactions safer and faster. We have ATM facility.

Canteen

Besides hygienic food outlets, Cafeterias, we have a row of canteens catering sumptuous food, stationery and all that a student needs inside a campus ensuring a student-centered hazel free environment so that students can better concentrate on their task of learning.

Wi-Fi

Our sprawling campus of 450 acres is wifi-enabled with broad band capacity of 16 mbps. Student can access to the world of information at a click of a button 24*7.

Laboratories

The modern sophisticated laboratories which are equipped with a world class gadgets and technology is a pride of our institution. Students are enabled with the assistance of well trained faculty from both industry and academia to gain hands on training and made industry ready before they could take on their chosen field of expertise.

Gym

Embracing the motto of "Sound mind in a sound body" a world class fitness centre (Gym) is operated with the full time trainer in our campus. This Gymnasium furnished with modern equipments and is left open for students both in the morning and evening. This facility comes in addition to mind-body therapy and Yoga sessions made at the service of students to remain fit and rejuvenated.

Auditorium

A fully air-conditioned well furnished indoor auditorium with a seating capacity of... is dedicated to the enhancement of students' overall personality development. This serves as a platform for the students and faculty to explore and exhibit their talent and skills in order that they may grow fully and completely as socially responsible, compatible and mentally competent citizens for the society and nation.
