All the candidates should have passed [10+2] exam conducted by the central board or any of its state board equivalents with a minimum of 45% of marks along with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology as mandatory subjects.
All the SC/ST candidates will have 5% of marks relaxation on the minimum aggregate.
Streams under B.Tech:
All the candidates seeking admission into the institution for the above post graduation courses should be a graduate with a bachelor\'s degree in Science or Engineering discipline obtained through the 10+2+4 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 55% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India.
A Relaxation of 5% of marks on the minimum aggregate is allowed for SC/ST candidates.

Candidates seeking admission into the institution should have qualified the eligibility criteria set by the institution.

The candidates can also attain an admission into the institution by the institute quota(management quota) if any seats remain unallocated.
