Fees & Scholarships : College is providing quality and affordable education to girls. Only university fees are charged from students in SR Govt College for Women, Amritsar. There are no extra tuition fees. Also for the students of SC/ST/OBC quota, the fees are just INR 20/-

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Equipped with the facilities and qualified staff, the college boasts of a pollution-free and grand campus with the green cover in the posh area of the city. Admission is on the Merit Basis. Cut-Offs are decided year by year on the basis of results announced.

Placements & Internships : 46 students (B.C.A, B.Com, B.B.A Sem.VI) participated in the drive-by AON at ACET Amritsar on Jan.21,2016 and 04 students of B.C.A Sem. I was selected. 29 students of B.Com. participated in placement drive by My Operator at ACET, Amritsar on Feb. 06, 2016 and 04 students were selected. 63 students(B.C.A,B.B.A and B.Com.) participated in placement drive by eClerx Services Ltd. at Global Institutes, Amritsar on Feb. 15, 2016, and 09 students were selected.

Academics & Faculty : Madam. Nutan Sharma (Principal ) M.A, M. Phil. (English Literature) Gold medallist and university topper in M.A. English Jawahar Lal Nehru Award for securing First Rank in M.A. (English)- GNDU(1982). Recipient of outstanding Principal’s Award on Teachers Day by CKD- Institute of Management and Technology, Tarn Taran. Member of Senate and Syndicate GNDU, Amritsar. Formerly member of Academic Council Board of Studies, Faculty of Languages and Moderation Committee- Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : We have a well equipped air-conditioned multimedia room fitted with Interactive Board, Projector, Amplifier, Laptop, UPS, Mike, Speaker etc. The college has 14 smart classes with start of art touch boards. High-resolution projectors give a crystal sharp image and sharper visibility for students sitting even in the farthest corners of classrooms. 

Clubs & Associations : Our students proved the worth of their talent by bringing accolades to the college by participating at various levels of Inter College, State, National and All India University throughout the year in Net- Ball, Judo, Basketball, Chess, Boxing, Taekwondo, Ball Badminton, Football and Rokit Ball.
