Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University placement cell activities are designed to develop a student's cognitive, behavioural, and emotional skills, resulting in a mature and industry-ready professional personality. Various decision-making activities, experiential learning, and problem-solving strategies are used to attain the learning outcome. The placement training and company-specific training modules is given in the mode of regular classes starting from the pre-final year of all the batches so that they get ready before the start of the campus recruitment drives.
