Hostel

• SMIT Sikkim infrastructure has hostels with twin sharing well-furnished rooms and attached bathrooms.
• Single (AC/Non AC) and Double (AC) are also available.
• Night Canteen is available in all the hostels.
• Non-interrupted electricity and water supply is ensured throughout the year. Laundry service is also available.

General Facilities

• Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology facilities include the shopping centre of the campus consists of the following facilities: Union Bank of India, ATM of Axis Bank & Union Bank of India, Post Office, Stationery Shop, Binding, Lamination, Xerox Shop, Beauty Parlor, Barber Shop, Pharmacy, etc. In addition, a stationery shop, general store, and SBI ATM are located within the academic premises.

Food Court & Indoor Sports Facilities

• SMIT facilities institute has an ultra-modern indoor sports complex and a sprawling Food Court is also a part of the complex.
• Various facilities available are Temperature Controlled Swimming Pool, Bowling Alley, Squash Court, Multi-Purpose Gym Hall, Yoga Room, Aerobics Room, Meditation Room, Table Tennis, football, Carom, Sauna Bath, Steam Bath, Badminton Court, Basket Ball Court, Auditorium and Tennis Court.

Medical Facilities

• Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology facilities include a Health Centre for primary healthcare to the students and staff.
• Resident doctors and nursing staff along with ambulances are available around the clock.
• In addition, the Central Referral Hospital of the University located at Gangtok provides general and specialized services.
• Students are covered under MEDICARE scheme for treatment in a Super Specialty Hospital of the university.
