Classrooms

• SPPSPTM classrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with smart boards for enhanced teaching-learning experience.

Central Instrumentation laboratory

• The central instrument laboratory at SPPSPTM has sophisticated analytical instruments like High-Performance Liquid Chromatography system, Gas Chromatography system and High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography system
• CIL is also equipped with various instruments required in pharmacology like Autoanalyzer, Cell Counter, Digital Elevated Plus Maze, RMS polyrite D, I WORX Data Recorder, ELISA Reader, etc.
• Cell culture facility is also a part of CIL that is equipped with CO2 incubator, laminar air flow, etc. which is available for the culture of viruses, monoclonal antibodies and animal cells as well as for in-vitro fertilization experiments.

LC-MS/MS facility

SPPSPTM is a sophisticated, hyphenated analytical tool reaching a wide range of applications, from analysis of inorganics to biological macromolecules.

Pilot plant

• Pilot Plant is to carry out collaborative work with industry and establish a healthy industry-academia relationship.
• This facility also provides exclusive Pharmaceutical Engineering equipment’s like Bernoulli’s apparatus, Reynolds apparatus, Flow meters etc.
• The facility is also made available to other academic institutes for their research activities.

Library

• SPPSPTM library is a branch library of NMIMS – Prof Y.K. Bhushan Information & Knowledge Resource Centre.
• This library has Several books, reference books, journals and bound volumes.
• The library uses the Dewey decimal classification for assigning subject codes to books

Herbal garden

SPPSPTM Herbal Garden is located on the ground floor of the main building. It has beautiful collections of various medicinal plants. Following plants are present in herbal garden

Cell culture laboratory at SPPSPTM

SPPSPTM Cell culture is one of the best-preferred tools used in cellular and molecular biology. It serves as an excellent model system for studying the normal physiology and biochemistry of cells (e.g., metabolic studies, aging. The facility has a Class 10,000 aseptic area and is well equipped with modern instruments. Different mammalian cell lines of different types of cells such as Breast Cancer, Cervical cancer, Lung cancer, Embryonic kidney, Brain, etc., are maintained in the cell culture facility.The facility comprises are
