- Candidates must pass 10+2 with an aggregate of 50% with Physics & Maths as compulsory subjects and one out of Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject.
- The candidates should have SEE-AKTU/ JEE Mains/ AIEEE score.
- This course is affiliated to Dr. BR Ambedkar University, Agra.
- Other fees include refundable caution money of INR 5000, a registration fee of INR 3000, PDP charges of INR 5000, an examination fee of INR 7500, book bank fee of INR 7000, and uniform fee INR 6000.
- For the hostel fees mentioned above the applicants should pay a security deposit fee (Refundable) of INR 5000.

Sharda Educational Trust awards merit scholarships to the student who obtains a position in the first five rankings overall or first two rankings of his/her branch in the university examination in any academic year.
- Apart from these, the management of SGI Agra has also instituted the ‘Best Project Prize’ and ‘Second Best Project Prize’ for the final year students of each branch.

Terms and Conditions (*):
- The scholarship for 2nd year onward will be continued only if the scholar secures minimum eligible marks in the Ist year mentioned above or more marks in the examination, which determines his/her promotion to next higher class/year.
- The scholarship will be cancelled in case of non-fulfilment of minimum eligible marks in the Ist year/ subsequent year.
- A Scholarship once cancelled shall not be renewed under any circumstances.
