The SGT University Gurgaon placements have accomplished efficient placements of more than 100 students in a year. Over the years, the University has also collaborated with more than 800 national and international companies. The placement cell is yet to expand to include better training activities. Moreover, as of 2022, the SGT University placements only recorded 80% of the students getting placed at different organisations. Yet, the same year, SGT University’s highest package went up to 24 LPA.

SGT University Placement Highlights

As of the academic year, 2020-2021 around 66 students in the UG and 42 students in the PG program secure suitable job opportunities. The median package offered to them was between 3.50 LPA to 6 LPA. Since the University is partnered with small-scale businesses to well-established companies, the students have proved their worth, thereby performing to their full potential. The placement management is carried out by the Corporate Resource Centre of SGT University, wherein right from training the students to acquaint them with the objectives and goals of different industries. Hence, besides career experts and faculty members the centre also organises training sessions with different industrial executives. So far the centre has witnessed a positive response from both the students and the career guidance professionals. Some of the main objectives of this department consist of a student enhancement program where the employability skills of the students are developed, providing improved industry internships, and applying the feedback the recruiters give to equip the academic curriculum with the necessary skill set.

The efficacy rate in the professionals who graduated from SGT University has attracted many reputed corporates to associate with the University. Most of the students placed at reputed companies proved to be an asset to the organisation.
