M.Tech Biotechnology	BE in Biotechnology from a recognized University.
M.Tech CSE	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Electronics & Communication or equivalent/ M.Sc. in Electronics or Computer Science or Physics or Mathematics/ M.C.A. as a regular student from recognized University.
M.Tech ECE	Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent/ M.Sc. in Electronics or Physics as a regular student from recognized University.
M.Tech EE	Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent/ M.Sc. in Electronics or Physics as a regular student from recognized University.
M.Tech ME	Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering or equivalent as a regular student from a recognized University.
M.Tech Civil Engineering	B.E / B.Tech or AMIE in Civil / Chemical Engineering / Ceramic Engineering. Technology / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Mining / Environmental / Bio-Chemical Engineering / Bio-Technology.

The candidate should have a minimum qualification of bachelors with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Science field from a recognized University.
The candidate must have cleared Admission Test with minimum cut-off marks.
