Girls Hostel: Each SEMCOM hostel room can accommodate three students. Each student has their own bed, writing desk, chair, and cabinet. Sports equipment, a TV, a mess, CCTV surveillance, water purifiers with coolers, a solar water heater, superintendent on call 24 hours a day, and security facilities are all available. Furthermore, college faculty members are assigned to visit the hostel once a week to engage with the students, check for difficulties in their comfortable stay, have supper, and submit feedback to the college's Principal and hostel coordinator.

Boys Hostel: Each room can accommodate three students. Each student has their own cot, mattress, pillow, a writing table, chair, and cabinet. There are water purifiers with coolers, solar water heaters, security facilities, sports facilities, and a gymnasium at the SEMCOM hostel. Furthermore, college professors are scheduled to visit the hostel once a week to interact with the students.

Sports Facilities: The college features a 15550 sq. ft. open central square. It has a well-equipped sports room with a wide range of sports equipment and outfits. The SEMCOM has a 17-acre sports site shared with parent trust, Charutar Vidya Mandal, for outdoor games. Several other sporting facilities are located around the campus and include the following:

• Tennis Tournament on the H M Patel tennis court.
• Badminton Tournament at the H M Patel badminton hall.
• Hall of the gymnasium.
• S. S. Patel College of Physical Education has a fitness centre.
• Students can also use the Sardar Patel University ground for outdoor games.
• All indoor games are held in the college's central square and the Sardar Patel University's Vivekanand sports complex.

Classrooms: Twenty well-lit classrooms with modern teaching resources are available at the college. Classrooms are equipped with an IP camera and an audio-visual recording system, allowing students to revisit the lecture as much as they like. Every lecture is videotaped and published to the BlueBook Network Impartus, which Registered SEMCOM students can access anytime, from any location, over the internet.

Auditorium: With a capacity of 170 seats, the college offers an excellent air-conditioned auditorium. Multimedia projector and Dolby sound system are available in the auditorium. It is also equipped with an audio-visual recording system.

IT Infrastructure: With the support of 250+ computers and other IT infrastructure, the college serves as a true portal to the world of applications and information resources. The centre's value is enhanced by using the most up-to-date computers on a LAN and a 1:1 computer-to-student ratio. The SEMCOM labs have 70 PCs, a 100 Mbps switched network, and a 14 Mbps centralised leased line for internet access. Furthermore, the internet security & acceleration server, web server, and mail server provide students with live access to the internet.

Information Resource Centre: IRC provides academic support and holds over 105 prestigious national and international magazines and journals. The SEMCOM library has a massive collection of annual reports and newspapers such as The Economic Times, Financial Express, Business Standard, The Hindu, Times of India, Indian Express, etc. The student receives access to prominent magazines and periodicals in management, economics, computer science, e-commerce, and e-business, among other subjects. The centre also assists students with their projects and research by providing a comprehensive information database via online and offline tools. Audio and video materials, such as cassettes and CDs, cover a wide range of management and computer science topics, making learning more fun. In addition, students have access to Sardar Patel University's Bhaikaka library.

Conference Room: A well-equipped air-conditioned conference room is also available on the campus. It makes it easier for faculty members and guests to meet and interact. It was created with the priorities and prerequisites for academic success in mind.
