Santipur College infrastructure is spread over a lush green area of 47 acres. The campus is equipped with all the modern amenities required for the holistic development. A library, sports and gym facilities and spacious classrooms are some of the amenities present on the campus. Santipur College hostel facilities are not available for students as all the students are day scholars. Library: The Santipur College infrastructure has a library that has a massive collection of 27,000 books. In addition, there are various periodicals and subscriptions of Bengali and English newspapers and journals. There is a reading room along with a xerox-pinter-scanner machine. Two computers and a dedicated server maintains the Koha Library Management Software.

Auditorium: The Santipur College has an auditorium with a large seating capacity to accommodate the students, faculty members and other college staff. Various seminars, conferences and events are held at the auditorium.

Medical Facilities: The Santipur College infrastructure includes a health centre for medical checkups and emergencies. There are first aid facilities available in case of any accidents or injuries.

Sports Facilities: Sport is an important part of the college. The Santipur College campus has a badminton court for students. They also participate in various sports tournaments like football, kho-kho and volleyball. Indoor sports facilities like carrom and table tennis are also present in the college.

Gym: The Santipur College infrastructure includes a gym to keep the students fit and active. The gym is equipped with modern pieces of machine like chest press, manual quantico, air bikes, dumbbells and barbells.
