Sacred Heart College, Thevara’s placement cell coordinates the placement activity of all the departments. Recruiters across the country find Sacred Heart College as a preferred destination of choice for recruiting top students. The cell acts as a bridge between the recruiters and the students.

Placement Cell Policy

• The student cannot reject the offer made by the company once the student has been inducted into the process.
• Each student shall be permitted for only one offer.
• After convocation, Sacred Heart College’s responsibility ceases to exsist until any violation of commitment from the student.

Placement Process

Applications are invited from the students regarding their interests in the sectors and settings and their specific experiences. The detailed CV is collected from the students or express third interest on specific placements to placement cell. Prominent personalities give students applying pre-placement preparatory sessions. Prospective recruiters are pooled into a database, and the cell makes a brochure that contains student representatives. The job offers are then circulated amongst the students on campus. The cell acts as a communication facilitator between students and recruiters until the student gets placed. The placement cell also does follow-ups with both parties and gets their feedback.
