In today’s world, entrepreneurship and start-ups are key drivers to the country’s growth and economy. Homegrown start-ups like Ola, Flipkart, Byju’s, Big Basket have grown in just a few years to valuations in excess of USD 1 Billion (Unicorns). India now has a mature investment community of VCs, Angels and seed funders. Besides, the central government and states have significant funds allocated to support early-stage start-ups and innovative and creative businesses. Yet, despite these rapid developments elsewhere, Chhattisgarh has been largely untouched by this blooming start-up revolution.

The college has always nurtured entrepreneurship, thro interventions like TEDEX speeches, entrepreneurship forums, EDP training, technical events and supporting student-led creative initiatives like Print Pay and Toodle.

RUBI (Rungta Business Incubator), is a logical extension of these efforts and a testimony of our commitment to creating a start-up ecosystem within our campus and in the state of Chhattisgarh. It will be a state-of-the-art platform, complete with all support systems, that will help grow innovations and creative ideas into successful enterprises. It is the latest Jewel in the Rungta crown.

A Platform to Help Ideas Evolve into World-Class Enterprises:

With RUBI, we have created a physical platform and support system for feasible project ideas, creativity and innovative thinking. It is among the earliest business incubators in the state of Chhattisgarh. RUBI is a state-of-the-art, work & development environment, housed in both campuses. It will provide aspiring and budding entrepreneurs modern office spaces, with robust technology infrastructure, development tools, test facilities, prototyping equipment and other product development equipment under one roof. The incubator will also support guiding and mentoring projects, giving access to early-stage seed and angel investments, market outreach and linkages, and access to latter series venture investments and other government and institutional funding. Another key support component available to entrepreneurs in RUBI is in statutory compliances, registrations, legal documentation & IPR, so the entrepreneur can focus on his core idea while domain experts would manage these important and essential, but non-core matters.

1. Print-pay (www.printpay.org): PrintPay is an Easy document printing kiosk that allows users to self print their documents using the kiosk.
2. Toodle (www.toodle.rungta.ac.in): This is a learning platform that will provide you free access to subject notes from multiple outlets, video-lectures from various authentic sources.
3. Online PCMB: (www.onlinepcmb.com): This App is a free preparation tool for Engineering, Pharmacy & Medical Exams
4. Apprison: Apprison’s impact is seen on aspects beyond improving one’s digital well-being. Students and young working professionals have seen a boost in their performance as well. For businesses, Apprison provides a non-regulatory way of reducing the loss of productivity in offices.
5. Happea: An app whose name is an amalgamation of happiness and peace, works by creating a customised Happiness Index that gives its users deeply personal insights into what
   makes them happy, the steps they can take to keep themselves in such a state, and how they can help others achieve the same goal.
6. Clay bots: Claybots is India’s first campus hiring SaaS, emerged to power up the campus teams and make their hiring process simple and easy. The founding team holds a decade long
   experience into fresher hiring, thoroughly disappointed to use different tools for different tasks and hence came up with a product that addresses the span of needs of campus recruitment.
7. OCAS (One Call All Solution): OCAS is the ongoing project which help the user find best in class low in cost of manpower for building maintenance. OCAS is the platform where suppliers, worker and user are connected in one platform without knowing each other.
8. Organic Orion: Atmik Bharat is an online e-commerce aggregator for organic, herbal, and ayurvedic products recognized as a startup-by-Startup India and Startup Chhattisgarh. Atmik Bharat has launched its platform "Organic Orion" which allows organic growers, processors, and vendors to register and sell their certified organic products online. It is the first platform in India that exclusively offers only Organic, Herbal, and Ayurvedic products. Organic Orion can be described as a constellation of stars (Organic Growers, Processors, and
   Vendors) whose motto is to "create purity everyone's priority".
9. Medishutter: Medishutter aim is to Digitalization of Local pharmacies by providing one platform so that consumers from both rural and urban region can order at their nearest pharmacy. Medishutter provide excellent supply chain for non-available products to fill the voids.
10. GWS Defense: Defence Projects to support gun shot localization zones - Exo-skeleton body armour - Light weight body armours to sustain sniper bullets, with add on pneumatics support for heavy duty tactical operations. Protective Truck Hoods - Modification of existing army vehicles to give all round protection against IEDs, APFSDs, etc. for counter terror & Anti-Naxal operations in Indo Chinese Borders and Chhattisgarh region. Agro based ballistic gels.
11. DocX Lab: DocxLab is a decentralized platform to manage, sign, and verify documents.
12. Techgarh: It is a startup which integration of industrial skill demands with the curriculum of the training and workshops, provides guidance and mentoring from industrial experts it provides perfect proportion of practical and theoretical based training to develop the skills and generating an employable trainee, Hands on experience on the latest technologies and
    industrial tools, Project outcome-based learning i.e., in hand project at the end of learning.
13. FinX: FinX is a DBMS software for Mutual Fund Distributors, Registered Investment Adviser, and other intermediaries in the capital market. FinX is based on JavaScript and PHP. The software is encrypted with 128 SSL, FinX uses NFT (Blockchain) technology for recording the financial transaction. FinX is a Database Management System, and a Financial Planning software that uses AI to check your financial health integrated with BSE Star MF API for initiating financial and non-financial transaction for registered MFD, FA and RA on behalf of their clients.
14. Techwing Energies Pvt Ltd: Techwing is a startup project which is working in the area of renewable energy. It is using wing energy to generate electricity in remote locations.
15. LEACO - A vegan alternative to leather: It is a leather product startup which make leather products from coconut, pineapple and cactus.
16. Acadpod: Acadpod create FREE courses which will help you GROW his/ her skills as Person and will increase his/her value in Market.
17. Birthday App: One app all solutions for maintaining birthday, anniversaries and occasions , setting reminders and sending personalised messages and gifts which are set in advance.
18. DigiLyf: A aggregator platform for all the day to day services and needs of a society like Barbour, Plumber etc from a single point of contact.
19. Arteria: A handcrafted online store for all Revolutionising Gifts and their customization on various occasions.
