Royal Institute of Management and Technology, [RIMT] Sonepat was earlier known as Royal Institute of Management and Technology. It was taken over by Rayat-Bahra Group in February 2015. The institution has been affiliated to DCRUST Murthal. The ameneties of the college include hostel, mess and cafeteria, gymnasium, transport facility up to the radius of 60 Km and 24-hour security.

The computer labs are upgraded to the latest features with the availability of the C/ C++ language software, 2D/ 3D graphics software OpenGL, Mobile application development lab, java lab, cloud computing lab, compiler design lab and many other technical attributes. The mechanical department has labs which consist of the Universal Testing machine, hydraulic turbine, Francis turbine, torsion testing machine, gyroscope, cams, governors, brakes, followers and more. The civil engineering labs are equipped with machines like the theodolite, plane table, prismatic compass which can perform strength testing, structure analysis, open channel flow analysis and more.
