RCHM with a vision of” future professionals” is one of the most prestigious professional institutions of kumaon region in Uttarakhand state. The institute is located on national highway 121. The institute has been aesthetically constructed on 3 acre land with large landscaped lawn, beautiful fountains, well planed garden, excellent building, spacious classroom, a huge collection of books in library, large conference hall, well advance laboratories, computer labs in calm healthy pollution free environment friendly area of Ramnagar city. We are proud of the innovative environment that exist and are excited to share it with our students at our campus. We are more than just a hotel management institute. In the dynamic environment, students not only receive the basic skills that are required of any Chef, F&B Service’s expert and other hospitality professionals but specialized with the tools to create original new recipes and techniques of their own.

Food Production

Basic kitchen is fully equipped with modern catering equipments and appliances. This kitchen is used primarily to introduce the culinary skills to the students and it is the launching pad for the new comers.

Regular inter house Chef Competition are being organized.

Guest lectures by various Chefs from 5 star hotels.

Special Carving training is given to the students.

Resturant And Bar

We have fully equipped “Training Bar & Restaurant” to provide live experience of working in hospitality industry with better skill. We provide latest techniques of service at par with the industry. Training of buffets, banquets, gueridon service, etc. are provided in these labs.

Computer Labs

The institute has a well equipped computer lab, where students are taught the use of latest information technologies in day-to-day management on hotel environment. The lab is on multi-use environment, LAN, working on Windows. The students are extensive exposed to the use of standard software to train students, booking, accounting, management problem solving and day-to-day recording of all deals.

Hostel And mess facility

Renaissance College provides well setup of hostel for the students. Here we have separate hostel for both boys & girls. Rooms are fully furnished as per all required things of the students. Mess provides eatable goods for students. Food is well pressurized for the good health of students. Food provided in Mess is very homely and healthy.
