AUDITORIUMS

Chavara Hall with seating facility for 1300 people is at the heart of all functions in Kakkanadu campus. It doubles up as an examination hall, making it a venue for both nerves and frolic. Its breathtaking waterfront view along with the natural surroundings adds to the grandeur of the hall that has been named after Blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara.

KRL auditorium at the Rajagiri Campus is a fully air-conditioned, 150 seat auditorium that is an ideal venue for seminars and international conferences. It includes the latest digital sound system with extra woofers, LCD projectors and automated screen.

An air-conditioned Conference hall equipped with seating arrangements for 70 people is used for training classes and formal meetings. It has multi-bass sound system and a LCD projector.

The Conference room is a venue for routine meetings and get-togethers, usually for guests and faculty. The air conditioned room can accommodate 30 people.

COMMUNICATION LABORATORY

Communication plays a pivotal role in today's business environment. Recognizing this, a Communication Laboratory has been set up which extends special courses in areas of organizational behavior, communications, individual and group behavior, presentation skill and interview training.

CANTEEN

The canteen is run by specialist restaurateurs and caters to 150 people at a time. It is equipped with a snack bar, coffee vending machine, telephone and television facilities. The cafeteria provides respite from the day's hectic schedule. It is a zone of informal interactions. A roofed outdoor facility, the canopy provides a locale for informal student interludes.

HOSTELS

Besides this, there is a guest room and a parlor for special guests of the college. The boys' hostel has the capacity to accommodate all the male students studying in the college. The hostel offers facilities such as a study hall, telephone, television and internet. It also has a chapel nearby. The girls are housed very near to the campus, at the Assumption Ladies Hostel, run by Sisters of the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament (SABS)

LIBRARY

The Library is equipped with over 9500 books (over 8680 titles), 364 CDs, I 10 journals, 39 periodicals and 9 newspapers. Adding to the extensive knowledge base are online databases such as J-STOR, EBSCO, Questia, Emerald, Infotrac, EBSCO, QUESTIA, British Council Online, SAGE, EPW, DELNET J-GATE, PROWESS-CM IE database as also Prowess (database of Indian Corporates), CM IE database.

COMPUTER CENTRE

The Computer Centre which has an elaborate network of 60 workstations is coupled with a 2 MBps VSNL internet connection.
The Computer Centre is equipped with Compaq HP Proliant DL 380 with Xeon Processor, HP Proliant ML 350 with Xeon Processor - 2 Nos. and a back up server in Compaq Proliant ML 370 .

OTHERS

Keeping in mind the convenience of our students, banking and ATM facilities are provided by an extension counter of South Indian Bank. Besides this Rajagiri Valley Post Office operates at the Kakkanad campus with the PIN 682039
