Buildings

The College has a built-up area of 2 lack SFT, with well-equipped laboratories in various departments. All the departments are housed in individual floors of five spacious blocks. The labs are accommodated in their respective departments.

Laboratories

The laboratories in the College form an integral part of their respective Departments and feature advanced facilities on par with those in the premier institutions in country. The Central Computer Lab in the College is also a full-fledged and futuristic resource-centre with nearly 300 nodes connected to the campus-wide LAN.

Central Library

The fully automated central library houses a comprehensive collection of over 31,811 volumes covering the entire gamut of engineering discipline. The college also subscribes to several reputed national and international journals pertaining to the prescribed curricula as well as general technology – related areas. E-Library of INDEST-AICTE consortium, consisting of 12000 publications including 194 journals from IEL online, is available to the staff and students.

Language Lab

The College has a state-of-the-art English Language Laboratory that aims at honing the English language proficiency and communication skills of students, as these skills are so essential to fare better not only in academics at the college but also in the career of their choice.

Internet

A 10 Mbps leased line from BSNL, 17 mbps broadband, 10 mbps leased line and Wi-Fi with 9 transmitters provides 24-hr Internet facility for the students and staff.

Computer LAN

The college has very good support facilities in the form of a campus-wide Local Area Network. The departmental computer-to-students ratio works out to 1:2 for the college. A large number of leased software packages are available in each department to meet the specific requirements. The college has 17 Mbps Broad Band and 10 Mbps Leased line internet connectivity.

AC Seminar Hall

Raghu Institute of Technology has a well-equipped Air-Conditioned Seminar Hall in the college building that can accommodate over 400 people and another spacious Indoor Auditorium that can house over 1200 people.

AC Conference Hall

Raghu Institute of Technology has a well-equipped Air-Conditioned Conference Hall in the main building of the college.

Power & water supply

The electrical supply by AP Transco provides ample power for the campus needs. There are two 65.2 KVA generator to generate the power supply in times of power cut. There are 6 bore wells on campus that provide sufficient water to the college. Each floor is provided with a water cooler.

Sports & Games

The College Campus has indoor and as well as outdoor stadia, providing wide range of facilities to the students. The campus has spacious play grounds and encourages sports such as cricket, basket-ball, football, volleyball, throw ball, Ring Tennis etc., Students are encouraged to play sports of their interest under the expert guidance of qualified physical directors.

Auditorium

To facilitate organization of conferences, carnivals and large-scale congregations within the Campus, Raghu Institute of Technology has a well-furnished Air-Conditioned Seminar Hall in the College building that can accommodate over 400 people and a huge Indoor Auditorium that can house over 1200 people.

Hostel

The College has a boys’ hostel. The hostel is provided with the finest of amenities and facilities so that the inmates are ensured a comfortable stay and can pursue their studies in a congenial atmosphere. Other facilities at the hostel include guest rooms, recreation quarters and internet facility.

Communication & Transport

The College provides bus facility from various places in Visakhapatnam – RTC complex, Gajuwaka, Pendurthy, Simhachalam, Gopalapatnam, Bhimunipatnam and Vizianagaram at a very subsidized and reasonable cost.

Canteen & Mini-Shop

A fully mechanized, hygienic canteen offers food at subsidized rates. A mini shop is available on campus offering snacks and soft drinks. A shop that stores all kinds of stationary required by the students is made available for the benefit of the students.

Medical Facility

A first aid kit is available to take care of minor ailments. In addition, a vehicle is stationed to transport students to the nearest medical facility in case of emergencies.

Girls' waiting Hall

A well furnished lounge offers a conducive atmosphere for girls to rest and relax when required. Some of the senior women faculty counsel students when need arises.
