- Candidates must pass Pre-University/ Higher Secondary/ 10+2 Examination from recognised Board with a minimum of 45% in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category).
- They should appear for CLAT/LSAT- -India/PULAT (Presidency University Law Admission Test).
- The maximum age limit for candidates is 20 years as on the first day of July of the year of admission (22 years in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category).
- The same Fee is applicable for NRI students with additional Registration Fee of INR 75,000/- [One Time Payment].
- For Jammu and Kashmir students, the Annual Fee is waived Off.
- For Foreign Students Fee is USD 2500 Per Year with additional Registration Fee of USD 1000/- [One Time Payment].
