PSMC has a Central Library, subscribes to most of the national and international journals required for undergraduate and postgraduate students and faculty, as per the MCI norms. It is equipped with all the modern facilities such as Internet, CD-ROMs, computers, audiovisual aids and photocopying facilities. In addition it also subscribes to Electronic Journal package for over 1000 journals. The reading room of the Library is open 24 hours including all Sundays and public holidays. The college has a unique mentorship programme for their undergraduate students. The hostels, located within the campus, are administered by Wardens and have round-the clock security. Shared, furnished accommodation at the hostels, is provided to Resident doctors, whose services are required for hospital services, on first-come-first-served basis and at the discretion of the Management. Rules governing ‘allotment of accommodation’ are followed in case of those provided accommodation at the hostels. Admission to the course does not, however, guarantee hostel accommodation. Apart from a Mess at the UG & PG hostels there are three other joints that offer a variety of food to the students. Campus houses a temple, medical book shop, Oriental Bank of Commerce branch with ATM,  Axis Bank ATM, photocopying and binding and provisional stores, besides a safe, secure ragging free campus, etc.
