Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru College of Agriculture and Research Institute Library is well equipped with relevant books and journals in the field of Agriculture. This library is functioning from 9.00 A.M. to 7.00 P.M. on all working days and 10.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on Saturday for the benefit of the students and staff members of the college.

Hostel Facilities

The Dean of the college will be the Chief Warden of the students Hostel. The following are the team of wardens incharge of hostels.

• 24 x 7 10 Mbps Internet Access to Students / Staffs Through NMEICT (Since 2012)
• First college in U.T. of Puducherry to have ac.in 2nd level domain (pajancoa.ac.in since 17.Sep.2003)
• First college in U.T. of Puducherry to conduct online university exams connecting to university online exam server (19.Sep.2008-Aug.2011)
• First college in India to run online exam server to conduct university mid semester exams without outsourcing (Aug.2011-Feb.2015)
• First College in Karaikal to Use E-communications For Students / Staffs (Since Jun 2009)
• Four Academic Buildings are Linked with Administrative Building Through OFC
• Within Building Ethernet and WiFi are Used To Implement The LAN
• First WiFi Enabled College Campus in Karaikal (Since May 2008)
• Computers With Internet Access are Available in All Departments
• Computer Center Has 20 Computers (9 All-in-One Desktops + 11 Hybrid Laptops)
• Most Students Have Their Own Laptop Also
• Students are Trained to Install Ubuntu Linux in Their Laptop
