The college has also made its own arrangement to find suitable placements for its students personality development training program of graduating students. Career Expo was a seminar on "Opportunities for jobs and higher education", held 2011 for the Plus two and degree students. Dr. P.R. Venketaraman, an eminent career counsellor and columnist, led the one day seminar. A seminar was organised on the topic "Vedic Mathematics for competitive Examinations" on 2011.
Prof. Madhusoodhanan Kartha from Govt. College, Manimalakkunnu, led the seminar. 47 students attended the one day programme. A seminar on "Interview Techniques" was arranged in conjunction with Marian Academy of Management Studies, Kothamangalam, on 2002. The sessions were managed by Mr. M.B. Manoj, a freelance career trainer.
