After graduating, most of the students choose the option of joining Dream Company of their respective fields apart from few preferring higher studies. Normally placements start after sixth semester i.e. during final year of the course but students need to be shaped nicely in context of their personality development which is considered to be a vital part by industries along with academics. We therefore understand this fact and have a full-fledged Training & Placement Cell established during academic year 2011-12 themselves with a full time Training & Placement Officer. TPO plans LCD presentations, Group Discussions, Guest lectures, Debates, Aptitude & Technical tests, projects for students for co-curricular developments. The key feature of the institute is that the students enjoy dual benefits in all contexts including placements. Firstly students get full support of institute level TPO and secondly they also receive the full benefit of a centralized Training & Placement department situated at Sinhgad College of Engineering, Vadgaon, Pune and headed by a versatile personality and renowned name in the fields of placements, Prof J N Pitambare. Over last 5 years more than 90% of eligible students are consistently placed with top class industries by the collective efforts of institute level TPO and Centralized Training & Placement department Vadgaon, Pune.
