Class timing is flexible as being a research institute labs are being operated 24x7, hi-tech equipment are available in labs and the classroom is also equipped with a hi-tech device, it is a heaven for a pharmacy candidate for doing masters.


CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

There are many students society for the different skill set along with various college fest are also there like 81mg for MBA, spandan, sparda, inter-Niper and many more.

  • Daily classes are conducted from 9 am to 12 .30 pm.
  • For every subject, we have to give presentations for 20 marks.
  • The method of teaching is very good.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS
  • NIPER has very good culture. Almost all festivals are celebrated in the campus with the support of all students. There are special sports arrangements for every type such as cricket,volleyball . The college is best to get study joyfully.

About National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, [NIPER] Mohali

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an 'Institute of National Importance'. It is an autonomous body set up under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. The Institute is conceived to provide leadership in pharmaceutical sciences and related areas not only within the country, but also to the countries in South East Asia, South Asia and Africa. NIPER is a member of Association of Indian Universities and Association of Commonwealth Universities.

The Institute is located about 250 Km north of Delhi at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali), Punjab on a total area of 130 acres.

Central Instrumentation Laboratories

The central instrumentation laboratories are equipped with major instruments like 400 MHz  NMR, 300 MHz NMR, GC-MSn,  GCMS , Head Space GC, LC-MSn, Powder XRD,  MALDI TOF-TOF  MS, FTIR with ATR & microscope , UV-VIS spectrophotometers, CHNS-Elemental analyzer, Polarimeter, Circular Dichroism,  Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Analytical and preparative HPLC systems, DSC, TGA, Spectroflourimeter, Capillary Electrophoresis, Lyophilizer and Ultra Centrifuge etc.
