Academics & Faculty : The course provides you with the knowledge of the fashion industry & how the management of different sectors of the fashion industry is being carried out. It provides an understanding to study the ever-changing fashion industry in order to manage all the activities of the industry. The faculty at NIFT is very helpful & co-ordinating. Each one is a qualified fashion or business management professional. They are available at any time during or after their sessions to help you out with your queries. We even have guest lectures to help us gain knowledge from the professionals of different fields. Every week, a new timetable is set up to break the monotony of the lecture sessions.

Fees & Scholarships : The College is in collaboration with the Union Bank of India for the funding of loans for the students who wish to study in the college. The college provides various scholarship schemes for the students from a humble background. It also provides awards in various categories at the time of convocation.

Placements & Internships : The college provides almost 100% placement to its students at NIFT. The placement process for the students of all the NIFT campuses across India is centralised. Various industrial visits have organised the course & students need to do a mandatory internship at the end of the first year & the last semester i.e. the fourth semester is also meant for an internship on which we need to prepare a report.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : NIFT is situated in the IIT premises in the city. The infrastructure is good enough. It is clean & green with sepearte hostels for boys & girls. Canteen or Mess facility is available. There are Resource Centers in the college premises to enhance the learning experience of the students.

Clubs & Associations : The students in the college belong to various parts of the nation. There are a number of girls as compared to boys at NIFT. There are playgrounds for Badminton, Volleyball & Basketball. Different indoor game facilities (like Table Tennis) are also available. Even the faculty is active in sports along with the students. The College organises an annual fest SPECTRUM in which various cultural & fashion events are organised.
