Maya Devi University offers financial assistance to students based on several factors. These include their scores in the Maya Devi University Common Entrance Test (MDU CET) and other national-level entrance tests and their percentage in the qualifying examination.
In addition, the candidates from the special categories like wards of defence personnel, applicants having some sort of physical disability, girl students or students who fall in the orphan category are awarded a scholarship ranging from 10% to 40% of the tuition fee.
The Maya Devi University scholarships which offer more than 50% rebate or discount on the tuition fee require the candidates to appear for a personal interview round with the admission committee.
Maya Devi University (MDU) also offers the Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Domicile Students of Uttrakhand. The students are required to attain a minimum of 80% attendance in each course to continue the scholarship every semester. More details of MDU Scholarships are given below.
