Clubs & Associations : Art club, Green club, Alumni association arts day, and Caligo management fest are the main events of the campus. “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Marian agrees with this saying, and thus, along with regular studies, the college has a plethora of co-curricular activities, organized and run by students. It includes festivals and competitions organized by various departments in public speaking, debating, quiz, creative writing, painting, dramatics & theatre, etc., which contribute to the wholesome development of the students.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Candidates shall be required to have passed the 12th or equivalent examination.There is no entrance examination. The marks secured in part I English of the 12th/equivalent examination plus weightage of 50 marks to those who have taken English as one of the optional for the qualifying exam.

Placements & Internships : The program includes two on-job training courses, one in Communicative English, and the other in Journalism. Placement for final year students are from the Goan Institute of Communicative English, Infosys, and Sutherland, and also on the Job Training in The Hindu, The New Indian Express, Kairali Channel, Asianet News, Reporter, etc.

Fees & Scholarships : Marian College, [MC] Idukki Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 27,000 per annum. Scholarships are offered for economically backward class students, Dalit Christian students, and merit cum means scholarships.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are eight hostels, with a very nice ambiance and the hostel fee is about INR 4200 per month. The quality of classrooms, labs, libraries, dining halls, and wifi are good.
