Career Guidance :- 

A Career Guidance and Placement Cell functions directly under the dean and consists of a Chief Placement Officer, selected Placement Co-ordinators from the faculty and volunteers from the student fraternity. They have been tasked with the responsibility to ensure sound and practical career guidance, counseling and placement assistance to the students. Highlights of their activities include: 

The Cell has institutionalized scientific vocational training and guidance as apart of the structured teaching practices and achieved commendable success by its phased out structured practical approach. 

A commendable rapport has been established with leading lights in the industrial and engineering environment which has resulted in a highly responsive interface with them. 

The training curriculum seeks to improve skills in technical skills in technical expertise, general aptitude, inter-personal communications, general awareness and group compatibility. 

Students have shown greatly improved performances and the selection rate in Campus Recruitment Programme from Mangalam Engineering College has been consistently high.
