There are many renowned organizations that come for internships and Final Placements. Major recruiters are TIAA, Time Of India, ECLERX, Amazon, Treebo Hotels, Oyo, Aditya Birla, SG Analytics, etc. Roles offered are Business Devlopment Executive, Territory sales manager, HR Recruiter, Associate Process Manager, etc. The minimum stipend is 10k while the highest was 50k for our batch 19-21. The average salary is 7 LPA while the highest is 14 LPA. 100% of students get placed.
The best part of Lexicon MILE is the 9 months paid internship period. I had interned with Treebo Hotels as a corporate sales executive and received a stipend of Rs. 16k plus extra allowances per month. But due to Covid19, the Hospitality industry has almost shut down and it turned into an unpaid internship. But I am happy to say even during the pandemic, my college provided me opportunities and now I will be interning with ONDOT MEDIA as a management trainee from July. The alumni network is good as well.
The college provides internship and full-time placement to students quite frequently. Many students got internship offers or placement offer from key companies like Amazon, TIAA, Treebo, Aditya Birla, Eclerx, Team Computers, SG Analytics, Allied Analytics, XDBS Corps, etc. The highest stipend offered was INR 50,000 to 55,000 and the lowest package offered is INR 10,000 with a 100% placement.
