  • The PGDM may be a two year full time programme cover six terms of classroom interactions.
  • A candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in any discipline with an aggregate of 50%. Final years students can also apply for admission. Based on the scores of XAT/MAT/CMAT/CAT//ATMA/JMET followed by GD & Personal Interview.

The First Year

During the primary year of the programme the scholars learn basic concepts and theories within the core areas of management like Management Principles, Organisational Behaviour, Managerial Economics, Quantitative Techniques and Statistics, Accounting, Finance and Marketing management, HRM, Systems, Information Technology, Operations management, Research Methodology, Strategic Business management, Business Communication etc. In total there are 24 core courses cover three terms of three months each.

On the work Training (OJT)

After the Term-III students are required to undertake a project assignment in a corporation for a period of three months. The target of On the work Training (OJT) is to sharpen their knowledge and hone their skills and develop a better appreciation of the sensible problems of business organizations especially from the viewpoint of efficient management. On work Training, (OJT) assignments help students plan their career within the light of practical experiences gained during the training period. The OJT assignment is time-bound and can be continuously assessed during the training period.
