Infrastructure Facilities at Mahatma Jyotiba Fule College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Jaipur:

Campus:

• The college has a well equipped TVCC with outdoor and indoor patients sections and client accommodation facilities which has medicals, surgical, gynaecological, diagnostic and ambulatory clinical section.
• The college has well developed ILFC with livestock units and infrastructure for maintenance of livestock, animals of different species, storage facilities for feed and fodder with a large-sized fodder production area.
• The college has also provided Dean office, visitors room, committee room, office room (for office staff, general, academics, accountant and establishment section), central store, personal staff room, toilet facilities for visitors, office staff and students, record room, photocopying facility, canteen, conference hall, seminar room, 5 nos. lecture halls, examination hall, drinking water facility, playground, boys hostel, girls hostel, animal houses for small laboratory animals, central computer lab, central diagnostic lab, microphotography, and processing unit, transport facility, artificial insemination center, parental medical hospital for students and staff and cold room facility.

Hostel:

• MJF Veterinary College has separate hostels for boys & girls.
• Hostels have the high class infra facilities and will be administered by Warden on daily basis.
• The hostel provides a cot, a study table, a chair, a rack and a cupboard for each student.
• Hostel has 24 hours electricity and water supply.
• Water cooler with Aqua guard filters, refrigerator and Geyser facilities were also provided.
• TV rooms with Plasma TV connected to a DTH network are available for the students in their respective hostel.
• A separate study room and Gymnasium are also made available for them.

Lecture Theater:

• The lecture halls provided by the college are spacious, equipped with modern team ching aids and provides a comfortable and conducive environment for learning.
• The College provides a good number of audio-visual aids.
• The college has a good collection of the latest software, C.Ds. An LCD projector, slide projector, O.H.P. and audio cassettes on different subjects are available for the students’ education as learning resources. 
• It also provides a computer lab with internet connectivity.

Library:

• The college has provided a huge library hall having area around 4000 sqft. giving separate reading facility to teaching faculty, staff & students with comfortable sitting arrangements.
• The college library has a Wi-fi internet facility to provide e-journals & e-learning.
• It has a large stock of books as reference & textbooks around 3000 in number and it facilitated with magazines, newspapers, journals, and periodicals to interact with the students and faculty with veterinary science.

Multipurpose Hall:

• The college also has an auditorium which is equipped with an LCD projector and a very good public address system and has a capacity of 500.
• An impressive and spacious stage front steps facilitate the better performance of cultural, seminars, presentations and other events conducted here.

Play-Grounds:

• The Sports Centre at Mahatma Jyotiba Fule College of Veterinary & Animal Science has activities like Badminton, Cricket, Football, Hockey, Basketball, and Handball, etc.
• In order to facilitate the proper conduct of these games, clubs have been started with a teacher as a head.
• Many students are enrolled as NSS volunteers and these volunteers have done excellent work in the field of functional literacy, adult and health education.

Livestock Farm Complex:

• The college has its own livestock farm complex as per the norms of VCI.
• This is well functioned and is for teaching livestock species including poultry.
