It is an outshoot of ACMT Group of Colleges which is Running Under Mind Power Education Society. The college has a mission to impart knowledge and foster teaching education to students of this backward district.

MGCE Fees are structured based on the facilities they provide for the students. Admissions to courses in the field of Arts, Science & Commerce along with teaching courses can be done if the candidate meets the eligibility criteria.
